The Academy offers a REAL opportunity to the most suitable candidates. Our mission is to create a skills development, mentorship and transformation platform that will empower young, black professionals and entrepreneurs by equipping them with the elemental tools and abilities to undertake the ever-changing and challenging world of property investment and property development in South Africa.
Our outlook at the Academy is to impart the Vukile brand DNA. We aim to positively develop and enhance the quality of black professionals and entrepreneurs in the property sector.

Do you have a strong academic history, which you have maintained throughout the year?
Here’s a REAL opportunity. At the Academy, individuals are selected based on educational performance as well as their unique and ethical approach to life, following basic property studies at university level. The Academy issues around 40 – 45 bursaries each year to 3rd year and Honours level students, after which they could be selected to be part of the Vukile team through our internship programme.
If you are currently pursuing studies in BSC real estate or similar studies in QS or Architecture, BSC Engineering (Electrical), Marketing, Property Investing or Finance, we would like to hear from you. Currently, the participating universities and organisations are UP, Wits, UKZN, SAIBPP, UJ, SAPOA and WPN.
Every year, 10 qualified graduands from our bursary programme will be selected and given the opportunity to gain REAL-life experience in a professional working environment as part of the Vukile Team in an industry leading and comprehensive internship programme. The programme will run for a year, divided into 10 modules.
